I get a lot of these hairs will be VERY funky looking with the head model, but please give us the option. Plus compatibility for at least body tattoos and injuries would be fantastic, especially since Ideology adds more reason for them to have face injuries. (Such as the eye removal injury caused by Blinding precept) I otherwise absolutely love this mod and the utter lack of compatibility forces me to have to look for alternative mods. At the very least, maybe make an optional patch for hair/tattoo/injury support?

There's also an issue (that appears to be fixed for vanilla colonists) where blindfolds can't be worn by Anthro colonists after having their eyes removed/destroyed.
