Thin Body Types are Super Glitched
Starting with the whole "Freezes game" problem to fix that thank this guy:

Simply find the Steam folder and navigate to "\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2455173560\Textures\Anthro\Body" and rename "Naked_Thin_South" to "Naked_Thin_south", that should fix it. Worked for me!

Not sure if this applies to EVERY thin body, but I am assuming so

Note: yes it is, found another thin body that has the same issues

My game crashed out of nowhere some days ago and now a few of my ~30 pawns have something similar going on, however it's the male body type that's textureless on certain species, AND even some headgear is invisible, mostly things from Vanilla Apparel Expanded but one case seemed to include the base game tribal headdress.
