Xenophile/Xenophobe trait bonus/malus are applied one-way only
The "Xenophile" and "Xenophobe" traits apply a relationship bonus or malus (respectively) between the alien pawn and the pawn with the relevant trait. IE: a Xenophile will have a +20 bonus towards the alien pawn, and the alien pawn will have a +10 bonus towards the Xenophile.

Anthro Pawns correctly behave towards Xenophiles and Xenophobes, but Xenophiles and Xenophobes do not.
