Add Hulk and Thin (and perhaps obese) body types variety!

There are currently only Male and Female body types when using Character Editor mod to change their looks. Thin body type is buggy as it sometimes happens, sometimes not.
Not sure if it’s Character Editor mod conpatibility or the mod itself.
There seem to be no Hulk body type spawning too
