[Outdated] Skalla's AI & Gameplay Overhaul - Stronger, better, less tedious!

Planned changes
  • Changing AI technology choice weights
  • Making AI more likely to invite others into war
  • Making strong AI empires prefer invitations to war instead of alliances/federations
  • Making federation cohesion impact relations
  • Make AI empires more unique
  • Force Status Quo or make empire declare war on empire who closed borders if it can't reach war objectives
  • Consider galaxy size with certain settings
  • Have systems change hands during war after a certain time under enemy control
  • Performance upgrades (ongoing forever)

Completed changes:
  • Making AI build strongholds (they don't in vanilla)
  • Making AI more willing to spend excess influence for claims
  • Giving AI war minister a brain

Current issues with AI:

  • AI reserving resources when they don't need them fixed
  • AI economy minister does not consider lack of jobs when building
  • AI not merging fleets when they should
    fixed
  • AI only sending the bare minimum of fleets
