Since I had the same issue I created a bat file which will delete the chunks which Grapeseed occupies.
https://pastebin.com/LsiGdpXC ( save it in the directory of the server's save and execute )
This mod was recently updated and it now occupies 4 cells instead of just 1. ( 3600 map files need to be deleted )

C:\Users\you\Zomboid\Saves - from here the game creates folders based on difficulty and in those you see timestamped saves with map files in it.
https://map.projectzomboid.com/ has a coordinate tool, I run a script to list up all the map files in a given rectangle
@Journey You can either use this - https://github.com/Michaellaneous/zomboidClearMap or this http://undeniable.info/pz/MapAndCharacterBackupTool.php .
If you're using the latter be aware that it's outdated and for some reason doesn't properly delete files. For this reason you have to run it via the command line and pipe the output to a textfile.
It'll look something like this:

Also the ones you have already made bat files for, do they only delete the mod maps chunks or more? as going by the names it seems like it deletes more so just wanna be sure before I ever run one of them.
It deletes all map files needed for the modded map. That's the only thing needed to make it spawn properly.
is this still valid?
