This might not be a bug as much as a potential visual oddity, but some of the heads look a little off, positionwise. Particularly Narrow Wide on the female body. It looks fine without clothing, but with clothing it looks like the head is detached from the body. Some adjustments on that front would be nice.
Secondly, the patches for Vanilla Expanded will induce red errors on startup if you don't have the relevant mods, even without dev mode. Harmless? Yeah. But it might potentially turn some people off from the mod if they first boot the game and see a bunch of reds if they're, say, not fans of the VE series for whatever reason.
Haven't noticed anything else yet, however. I'll let you know if I find anything.
Keep making awesome content!
As for the patch operations, it seems ive forgotten to implement a success option so it doesn't throw errors. I'll get that fixed.
First, this one isn't all that critical, since it only pops up in dev mode, but the job giver seems to throw some red errors, even without any mods but this one and the essentials.
Second, and these should be some easy fixes, the backstories. They're great, and the Archotech Scammer and Lost Cargo ones in particular actually made me crack up. But while I was looking through them in Character Editor, I noticed a few typos here and there.
"Military Intelligence" has a "he/she" when it should be "his/her".
"Von Neumann Probe" has "within and archotech hivemind", when it should be "within an archotech hivemind".
"Anima Engineer" misspells "properties" as "proerties" and "existence" as "existance".
"Paladin" misspells "valiant" as "valliant".
"Hero" has "meet it's end" when it should be "meet its end".
"Resource Scout" has "it's transcendance" when it should be "its transcendance". Transcendance itself is a typo of Transcendence, but one that I'm uncertain should be corrected or not.
"Environmental Conservationist" has "in it's own right" when it should be "in its own right".
"Puckish Rogue" misspells "rich" as "righ".
There might be a few more, but those were the once I noticed.
For one, Lord seems to be disabled by the game, due to the simple fact that it grants points in Intellectual while also making the Persona incapable of doing Intellectual.
For another, Plasteel doesn't have any sort of nutritional value. Might wanna get that fixed.
Adding on to that, I do have a suggestion regarding the custom diet, but I'll post that in the main comments section.
Animals can do it. I just tested it out when I noticed a component went missing. Straight up saw my colony's Great Dane try to munch on a component.
They'll gladly prioritize it too, given the very high nutrition value in each component.
That... Might be a very good idea to try and fix.
HOWEVER, if your animal's food restriction allows, it will eat metal/components. I'm looking into a more solid solution.

Another bug I believe with the new hair system is causing androids to have hair now. I don't know if this is intentional or not.
As for the prisoner issue, that's unsurprising given how the prison system's been changed. Seems like there's a number of other small bits here and there that'll need patching, too, like jobs, religious abilities, and implants. That'll be fun..
