Description Tag Support
I think that to make this item truly amazing, you should be able to use a Description Tag to change the text on the tape. Anyone with me?

I can already see the guy walking around: "Swagswagswagswag". Anyways, that would be a bit tricky for Valve, and impossible(?) for the mod-creator.

That'd probably be very hard to implement, considering they'd have to make a texture for literally every possible thing that could be written there.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to see rap lyrics or the entire Bee Movie script written on a police line.
