Cant get it to work...
Not sure why it isnt working, im assuming it should work normally in singleplayer aswell right?

Here the things ive added to the Game.ini file:

ConfigOverrideSupplyCrateItems=(SupplyCrateClassString="AlphaCreatures_c",MinItemSets=1,MaxItemSets=1,NumItemSetsPower=1.0,bSetsRandomWithoutReplacement=True,ItemSets=((SetName="Alpha Drops",MinNumItems=1,MaxNumItems=1,NumItemsPower=1,SetWeight=500,bItemsRandomWithoutReplacement=True,ItemEntries=((EntryWeight=250,ItemClassStrings=("PrimalItemResource_Element_C"),ItemsWeights=(50),MinQuantity=1,MaxQuantity=25,MinQuality=0.2,MaxQuality=0.2,bForceBlueprint=false,ChanceToBeBlueprintOverride=0)))))

and to the GameUserSetting.ini file:

I've also tested it with:

CustomLootEntries=*rex*:AlphaCreatures_c

in the GameUserSetting.ini file but i still didnt get the drops i wanted. i tested it my just spawning in the creatures via console (admincheat summon Rex_Character_BP_C)

As you didn't mention it, did you forget the mod config header?

GameUSerSettings.ini should look something like:

[CustomDinoLoot]

Also, when testing it, don't spawn the dino and instantly kill it. Wait a few seconds and then murder away.

By a bit, I mean a few seconds. Default is 5-8. This normally isn't an issue because it makes changes to dinos that are relatively far away from you, so you'd never notice. But if you're spawning in a dino, and promptly murdering it, it might not have done anything yet.

I'm also going to assume your crate is set right...they're a bit of a mess and easy to get wrong if not using beacon.

Hmm doesnt work even if i wait a bit and yeah couldnt imagine making a crate without beacon, ill try disabeling various mods i still have installed.

I just tried it, worked fine. Alpha raptor dropped some amount of element. Used your exact code.

i think ive found the problem... ive got ark installed on 2 separate hard drives.. and ive been editing the wrong one :isaac: im sorry xD
