every time i quick load the printout says: attepmt to call method 'getConfValue' (a nil value)

Mod no longer works , does not appear in the Mod list to be able to activate and does not show up in-game to enable.

Thanks for reporting this issue to me.
Unfortunately, I cannot seem to replicate the bug and do not have enough information to attempt to fix it.

It may be the case that Steam could not install Ordnance for an unknown reason or that other mods are conflicting with Ordnance.

I recommend clearing your download cache as shown in this article here[fdprod.me]

I was messing around with the latest update, and I noticed that the Bunker Buster was not working in the same way that it normally would. As in, it did not seem to penetrate as much material as it had in previous updates.

I enabled the debug mode and noticed that it would consistently detonate immediately. One layer of snow and wood would still detonate instantly. After further testing I believe that the new snow is to blame.

when testing on a snow covered surface (which are very plentiful with the new update) the debugger says this:

Firing Shell (155 Howitzer)
Hit detected
Initial material is ''
material at index 1 is ''
Material not found in penetration table. Defaulting...
Material '' triggered detonation. (Energy below threshold)


My guess is that some new materials added in the latest update are not in your penetration table, and so are giving strange results.

This is a really great mod by the way, definitely one of my favorites since I love the bunker buster (my fav feature). Not to overstep, but it would be epic if the bunker buster feature got more options (such as changing how deep a shell can go?)

Regardless, keep up the great work!

Thanks for the report! I will look into fixing the matpen tables ASAP; I'm extraordinarily busy and the holidays are not helping.

I like your suggestion for bunkerbuster options and those might make their way into the next update along with the material penetration patch.

I found the problem, (i think,) I downloaded it on the Beta branch instead of the normal branch, which messed up the smoke. I redownloaded it and it's looking fine.

Conflicts with Advanced Weathers. Hitting the m key to go into tactical mode will reset some of the lighting and fog. Could your mod maybe save the settings before changing them to clear fog for tactical mode?

So with the new update the game seems to be crashing way more when bombarding cities. I'm running default settings and it just seems like it can't keep up and I'm not sure why. I would only get a crash after launching hundreds of shells at a city but now it seems that the game can't keep up with even 30. The fps on average when doing this has dropped from 15 - 20 fps to 5 - 10 fps and when hitting the city it'll just suddenly freeze.

The game especially hates this when in tactical mode. As soon as I go into it with shells dropping it'll crash.
