Interesting mod conflict
Hey Sergkart, just letting you know that you have weird behaviour with a mod called "Medical System Expansion 2". The main thing that's borked here is that MSE2 segments out limb prosthetics to have same amount of separate parts as their organic counterparts, while Integrators only replace the root component of these segmented prosthetics.

An Archotech Arm in Vanilla is just one solid part, while organic arm has about 10~11 components depending on what bones you count.

Archotech Arm with MSE2 installed copies organic one down to a part and looks like this: " Archotech Arm(Archotech Internal Support, Archotech Forearm(Archotech Internal Support x2, Archotech Hand(Archotech Finger x5)))"
"Archotech Internal Support" are bone replacements, accounting for lower and upper arm bone components and "clavicle" component from torso.
Leg works like this: "Archotech Leg(Archotech Internal Support x2, Archotech Foot(Archotech Toe x5))"

When you run both MSE2 and Integrators, you end up with a pawn that has all the fancy Archotech internals, but only one limb segment, the rest reading as "destroyed/removed/shattered."

When I was making a mod and testing various features, I came across such a bug. The only solution I could find was to use a vanilla replacement system. At the moment I am unlikely to tackle the fix of this conflict, the most obvious options are a hassle, but for complex solutions to this problem.. Maybe when I return to this mod. Thanks for the find anyway.
