"Save Me!" doesn't have a description. And does nothing when used.

Mark a Target: Every other Mark attack has some other effect. This feels important because 5 accuracy rarely matters -- though I suppose being usable from and against all ranks is an upside over most Marks?

Shove's got an incredible stun rate, and having knockback as well is fantastic; my concern is that it's overly so -- compare ie. Crusader or Man-at-Arms' stuns having meaningfully less rate and-or-or less damage.

Headbutt using the Mark icons keeps making me think it's the "mark a target" abilty. The animation is also upside-down? (and i don't think it'd look like a headbutt if it was right-side-up but maybe it does, i was laughing a bit too hard to pay full attentioon)

Doomsay: Why does the skill's damage decrease at ranks 4 and 5? (Ranks 3 and 5 would "make sense" since that's when the bleed increases, but skill ranks are supposed to be pure upgrades?)

Plea: ...Deals 100% damage to all four enemy ranks simultaneously? I understand the skill's accuracy is poor, but the character's damage grows pretty high. Also, it seems to give a +75%, not +25%, protection buff; and the animation is weird (enemies aren't in view and there's no gfx being the stand-out elements).

-> Having both Doomsay and Plea feels slightly redundant. It isn't actually, they're just both spread skills, with one having a much bigger immediate downside - 10 less accuracy and self-mark on Plea, though this comes at the self-protection buff.

"I can hear them" is an absurd camping skill -- all other "Prevents nighttime ambush" skills cost at least 4 time or have a downside, and +25% crit is a very powerful buff to grant (not that other 4-time-cost prevent ambush skills don't come with powerful buffs like the highwayman and houndmaster's +20% surprise-initiate and -20% getting surprised).

The same is true for "Grovel"; 50% protection is a LOT and 5 stress is very little.

"The Calm Voice" is very much a lot to me, but I don't know if I'd end up using it a whole bunch due to its rather prohibitive time cost and tendency to use high-base-hit heroes so I doubt I'll have a fair evaluation anyway.

"Horror Stories" I don't have a comment for but it was the only thing I didn't.

The character has 80% base protection as a Seeker, making them take nothing from most enemies; as well as no access to Encourage or Pep Talk -- I can only assume those are intentional, but it feels awkward to me as the only other (canonical) example of not having all three generic skills has none of them?

Additional nitpicking:
Every other hero only gains Speed at equipment levels 3 and 5. And except for Shieldbreaker @ Lv 3, it's +1 speed.
Every other hero gains ~19 to 22% HP per equip level (so with 25 HP, should be gaining 5).
Shove's damage increasing is, from what I am able to recall and briefly verified, out of line with usual implementation.

Yeah I'm still adjusting it since I know what I'm doing now. This is my very first mod so it's rough currently.
