Trees are in the middle of my roads. Searching this issue shows no answers back around 10 years.

The problem is tree anarchy. I have had to disable Tree Anarchy from it's menu, and then enable "hide trees on load" and select "remove trees" from the list... The problem is I can no longer place trees anywhere - making this mod moot.

If I enable tree anarchy with the above settings, I still get trees in my newly placed roads - the old roads that were in the savegame are cleared though.

This is an ongoing never ending problem and rather than people trying to find a fix, maybe the mod authors can provide one or fix the mod?

I think what is needed is a checkbox option "Do not allow trees in middle of roads" and should be default checked because why would anyone want that?
