you can just type your minecraft username.

what if i dont have official minecraft? i play with SKLauncher, does that work? or we can put it in a custom folder?

if someone has the same name as you use on sklauncher, who has premium mc, you will use THEIR skin if you try to input ”your” sklauncher name in it.
by what you asked, i cannot understand anything that you said right there.
