Does anyone know of any tribes that went straight from tribal government to republic ? 50 years in game you have a bunch of new republics that were made by a tribe more so than in vanilla as far as I can tell.. Centralization mechanic needs to be changed in a major way just now sure how. Making a republic should not be as easy as making a kingdom. Also there needs to be changes to integration and opinnion mechanics , to easy to integrate and AI rarely makes vasals and it should be the other way around - same goes for cultural integrations making it more sensible to make vasals.

There needs to be a more clear progress from migratory tribe to > kingdom . Imo migratory should be base and then there is choice between tribal kingdom and federated tribe with each leading into either a kingdom and the other leading not straight into republics but into early form of republic ..

I dislike seeing republics in iberia and britain 50 years in game..
