i keep on crashing in conquest

after day 6 while playing as Great Britain it will try load the next battle and hit 99% but no matter what i do i get this error EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION read at 0x00000528

"Exception_acces_violation read at 0x00000528" fixed.
Try to get latest mod version by Steam restarting.
