Inconsistencies against base game content
I've really enjoyed the mod (thank you) but have noticed some inconsistencies against the base game content.

Forgive the large dump of information, but if you find it useful I'll happily do the same for other
factions - I've mainly used the British faction so far, hence its focus below.

Bugged machine gun definitions?

First, a potential bug: the machine guns defined in 'britain.pak/set/stuff/mgun' are all defined to use 'spreading_low' or 'spreading_medium' burst accuracy and not 'spreading_mounted'. This causes these guns to be heavily penalised in mounted uses when compared to german/USSR's equivalents. For example, the base game's MG34/42 lafette has a tighter spread during firing than an infantryman's MG34/42. For the British, the Bren Tripod emplacement has a wide spread under sustained fire identical to an infantryman.

For contrast, see the base game's mgun definitions - they create two definitions per MG with one for mounted use where relevant.

Skirmish costs

More generally, some of the (late stage) British unit costs in Skirmish are inconsistent with German/USSR equivalents. I also looked at the French and US factions and saw similar issues, but haven't summarised them (see above - happy to do so in another comment).

Squads:
  • A lack of AT for the price, with only the 330MP/30CP Commandos having PIATs. You could add e.g. Canadian or Highlanders Squads with PIATs.
  • Mechanized infantry is T2 infantry in transport. The infantry could be swapped for SAS, or this entry replaced with another more specialised squad without a transport.

Soldiers:
  • Machine gunner team (52/4) is more expensive than GER (48/6) and USSR (48/6) equivalents, and comes with assistant gunner unskilled in MG use (unlike German, USSR). The Bren's DPS is much lower then these equivalents so could be cheaper, not just equally priced.
  • AT rifle infantry is expensive (71/5) despite it (correctly) having very little penetration. This could be removed outright in late stage as it has zero utility.
  • Rifle-Grenade Infantry only have 1 rifle grenadier instead of Germany's 2, but are twice as expensive in MP (42/5 vs 26/6).
  • Mortar (the 50mm) is almost never able to fire. I found aiming between 100-110m in specific spots rarely allowed it to fire under manual control. Could be removed unless it's fixable?

Emplacements:
  • Bren tripod is expensive (95/9) despite having lower burst accuracy, no sandbags, and less ammo compared to USSR, GER equivalents
  • 17 pdr is overpriced (670/33). USSR's SU85 tank destroyer is 640/32, for example
  • 3.7 inch QF AA has no AT shells and is highly priced at 760/29. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be the 3.7" QF AT I've seen elsewhere in the mod?

Vehicles:
  • Fuel truck is 7 CP vs GER and USSR's 4CP
  • Supply truck is 9CP vs GER and USSR's 8CP
  • Dingo MkII is overpriced (150/12) compared to GER's VW82 (75/8) and USSR's BA-64B (135/8)
  • Universal carrier is expensive (150/12) compared to equivalents: GER's 251 is 110MP/8CP and USSR's T-20 is 100/8. It can only carry 2 infantry, so arguably should be cheaper than these.
  • Humber MkIII is expensive (235/16) compared to equivalents: GER's 221 is 145/8 and USSR's BA-64B is 135/8. The 2x CP cost is particularly punishing
  • Daimler MkII is expensive (285/16) compared to equivalents and has no HE or APHE shell, giving it lower utility

Tanks:
  • Sherman Firefly is possibly cheap (780/35) compared to its role - a Tiger is 1310/40. The Firefly has less armour but a better gun. I think the SP 17pdr Achilles should be cheaper than the Firefly based on utility
  • The Comet is cheap (730/35) for its utility.
  • The Tetrach light tank could be added to the range for variety and for a low-MP option.

Please check how many times devs redefined mgun settings / CP / Cost values in the game change log.
Mod is developed by one man and devs have team.
Sounds like you don't know how to difficult of mod supporting and track what has been changed by devs team.
