The "Beings" anomaly will have a 99% chance to appear and a 1% chance to not appear until the next game... in each game and will have a chance to appear around the year 2210 onwards.

If you want to make sure of the appearance of the "Beings" anomaly, remember this:

- The anomaly will always seek to appear on neighboring systems that are not owned by you.
- Polling the systems too quickly without taking control of the systems will not allow the anomaly to appear. (with explore no problem)
- If you take control of a system where it forks into 3 unpolled systems, you have 3 chances that the anomaly will appear on those systems, and so on.

Events have a scheduled appearance delay in multiples of 2.5 years depending on the level of complexity of the event... be patient and don't despair as "Beings" will accompany you until the final crisis.
