Larval Therapy duplicating itself?

While i was playing as the recluse i started with one copy of that item, but ended up with 3 somehow. Didn't pickup it or anything, haven't even unlocked it yet.

Hello, thank you for reporting this! This is a known bug with the way that I grant my characters starting items, I have made some changes in efforts to prevent this. In the next update if this issue persists please do let me know again!
