Weapon damage rewritten to 0

Equipment not showing up as it should, Equipment missing from Equipment Tab, half-filled tabs, inconsistent inventory

Rare items like Bloodhound probe and Clan items not showing up in systems even though said system says it HAS it there

Banshee variant bugged.

Allies are running around doing nothing.

Installed this mod (workshop) and my allies are just goofing around instead of following orders (they acknowledge the orders).

Just using this mod, YAML weapons and clan weapons.
Also the skip for the jumps cinematics.

We're not doing anything with AI. Sorry, no idea what could be wrong there.

they stopped acting this way after a few missions. Really unsure why it started and stopped.
