Equipment not showing up as it should, Equipment missing from Equipment Tab, half-filled tabs, inconsistent inventory

There are numerous situations of certain pieces of equipment only showing up as 'for sale'. Any attempt to purchase and install them results in the equipment simply vanishing.

After further fiddling, it turns out these Gyros do exist and /can/ be equipped on a mech, but require their prerequisites to be met before they will even so much as appear in the equipment area. They still refuse to exist anywhere else though.

As discussed in the comments prior; this override situation seems not to be YAML, but is likely related to HarJel (given it's HarJel Components that are absent). I'll try shuffling the mod load order later and seeing if that rectifies it.
