In all my mechs that are mainly ballistic/missle i've been cored more times than i really should be, especially if i have C.A.S.E in either the LT/RT and the ammo is there alongside it in the RT/LT..Hell i've even been cored from ammunition cooking off in my mechs ARM and that absolutely SHOULDN'T happen as all it would take out is the arm. Here's an example that just happened, got a SRM 6-ST + ART IV and one ton of ammo for it in my Highlander's left arm and the arm took one too many hits and had an ammunition cook off in the arm but for some reason the damage decided it was going to bypass my slightly yellow armour on both my Highlander's LT and CT and core me.
