What the piss were they thinking with this mechanic?

Lore wise, not every hub has the same capability as others, But it is also meant to show your trust with the house your working with, If your hated in a house space you wont always beable to get your mechs repaired untill your in an area where they wont hate your guts. So with this being say, that is what the mechanic is meant to show, This and to show the balance between . If you dont like it, you can disable it using mod options like i did. I think its a cool idea but had to disable it as it brakes co-op

The drop ship is already a mech maintenance shop. The player doesn't haul their mechs into some planetside garage. The trust of houses and utility of industrial hubs is already reflected in increased costs of maintenance and parts.

I'm totally fine with other people wanting this mechanic if that's how they roll. But I hate not being able to customize my mechs in the mod where that's the entire purpose. People tell me it can be disabled but I'm not seeing it in the menu options.

Yes... Maintenance, its meant to fix armor plates and reload the guns and maybe MAYBE repair the structure or put an arm or leg back on the mech with the right equipment on hand... The lepoard was never meant for long term retrofits like what we can do in game. maby one of the larger drop ships sure, like an overlord or a union class dropship could do full retrofits but a Leopard drop ship really wasnt made for that.

But i do agree, this should be an option with should have its own slider we shouldnt have to use another mod to disable it.

Look for Yet Another Mechlab in the Mod Options tab in your options menu, if you don't see anything in there then you need to update Mod Options
