MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries

Yet Another Mechlab
Mechlab stats sheet not counting mech upgrades
Mech upgrade screen "Max range" seems to mean the point of half weapon damage range.

Mechbay/mechlab screen "weapon range" seems to mean where the longest ranged weapon stops doing damage completely.

Upgrade screen cooldown and beam duration are represented by rate of fire. (Just a statement of that fact).

Mechbay screen alpha damage, damage/s, weapon range, and cool down buffs are not reflected with mech upgrades.
IE: going from 93 damage to 112 damage after the mech upgrades, or adding -5-10% heat generation or dissipation on a mech does not appear on the data sheet in the mechbay/mechlab.

If optimal range is 500 and max is 1000, the upgrade screen "max range" would be 750). So modifiers added will reflect as the point of half weapon damage range, not the "optimal" weapon range. So, you have to either launch a mission and see the actual min/max ranges or calculate it out based on this info. In this example a 15% velocity and range boost would put this number at 862.5m and this screen is the only place you would see that number. In the weapon list it would show as 575/1150.

Speed, at least, does seem to update between the two screens.

The differences between these two data sheets makes it difficult to compare just how two mechs perform between their upgrades and range buffs, but knowing this is happening can help manually calculate some of the differences.

I didn't see this readily posted anywhere so figured I would post it here.

*TESTED ON EBJ-PRIME.
-have not confirmed this on all mechs.
