Suggested gameplay tweaks
Just a simple discussion listing a few suggested features...

  • Suggested tweaks:
    Gameplay:
  • New bot difficulty progression. Make it so bots either increase in health or blocking chance as waves progress and have a spawn cap around twenty so lag is prevented as waves continue to get higher.
  • Allow different classes not only knight class
  • Have a half time in between waves to allow players to buy weapons and have a skip option to go along with it for those who don't want the small time in between.
  • Other player upgrades besides the current health increase
  • Different scores for different enemy kills for example the large knights and kings you face.

I will look at doing all of these things, thank you for the input.

The only one that might be tough though is to allow the non-knight classes. This is because of the way animations work, the vanguard for instance can sprint attack and the MAA can dodge, but not all of the weapons have those animations, so it breaks. An unfortunate unavoidable issue. But I can look into making speed upgrades possible so you can still feel more like a MAA and provide the vanguard weapons etc.

My plan is to make a much more dynamic and interesting mode and map than what is currently available but it will happen in stages. I should have small updates each week for the next several weeks though so keep checking back :).

You can always limit the use of some weapons depending on class so you won't have to bother with that issue concerning animations perhaps. I'm looking forward to more updates and a better map in the distant future so thanks for the reply and good luck with anything you're working on :).

Oh and perhaps you could see about using another skin for the enemies like the skeleton just for fun.

Any chance you could add some more weapon box's for the next update?
Maybe even do a version of horde mode with just one spawn point instead of 4.
Also, if you could finnaly make a page on the forums telling us how to make changes to the kismet sequence. As right now its like looking at someones jumbled uni notes.

UI that ables you to see your teammates health, and weather they are alove or not so you dont need to press tab. possibly be able to make a choice in your starting wepon (but nothing like the besser or maul of course just like, whether youd spawn with daggers, shortswords, and wooden stick maybe) and if you spawn as archer you get sling?

Tibberius Bane can you fix the incredible lag at wave 15-30? Please do so, because we players get easy kills, bots can't fight for ♥♥♥♥, and then the game crashes. Sometimes the crashes happen randomly. Please fix this, I love this mod and it's creator.

purchaseable all weapons and shields, and a bell for the players sinalyse when to start the next wave, these 2 things I would love to see =)

zwe bug, it takes around 200 coin of you everynow and then, without letting you buy the weapon. SO example is i have 1000,the weapon cost is 800. after pressing e i am left with around 800 coin and no weapon.
