Report a translation problem
The NPC does not teleport. Sometimes he roams, sometimes he hides in a classroom and waits for you, but at no point does he teleport. Some sections don't have the killer at all. I see having to be paranoid about the killer as a good thing in a horror map.
The boss fight isn't the best, I experimented with how much health the NPC should have and how much damage he deals and I got mixed results depending on who was playing. I really don't want people to die at the end and have to do the whole thing over, because their aim isn't good enough.
It does tho.
sometimes a killer is one location
and boom to another
like for example the killer was the first floor and and like far away from the recption and than out of no where it came into the recption and kill my friend.
unless theres 2 npcs (which i doubt)
i also forgot to mention at the mission where you
get the keys from the recception
and after that soometimes the killer shows up and kills you when you get the keys and sometimes he waits till you go to the first floor.
i think the npc is glitched
When you get the keys from reception, the killer gets a command to go lurk in one of the upstairs rooms (he literally turns around and runs up there). If he is too close to the players however, he will ignore that command and follow the player to the reception area (where there is a table to loop him around).
If you don't believe me, play it with "r_drawothermodels 2" command in the console (must have sv_cheats 1) and see how it works.
Why would he be glitched? Do you want the killer to be predictable?
im saying he glitched. bc for starters sometimes the killer doesn't even kill you even if you're infront of him he just stands there doing nothing.
and not to mention my friend was faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away from scream.
like really far away scream was on the first floor to the right while my friend was on the right.
and some scream got to him seconds after he killed me on the first floor.
