EASY SOLUTION! Mod "Not" Translating
The solution is simple

1.- Go to the folder where you installed rimworld, enter the Data folder, then Core and finally Languages (it should look something like:
"RimWorld/Data/Core/Languages/"

2.-Find the language that you use there and copy its name excluding what is between "( )" (for example my language is Spanish Latin so I would copy: "SpanishLatin"

3.- Go to the folder where you have the rimworld mods.

4.- Look for the folder of this mod, inside it there are 4 folders called: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and About

5.- Select the folder of the version you are using (for example im using 1.3) and go to the Languages folder

Here are 2 options to do:

1.-Rename the "English" folder with the name you copied before (in my case "LatinSpanish")

2.-Duplicate the "English" folder and rename the copy with the name you copied (In this case I would have 2 folders, one called "English" and the other called "LatinSpanish", or with the name of your language.)

Explanation: As the mod is developed in Korean, this is its main language, so the patch only affects the language in the Languages folder, which is English, so any other language that you have in the game other than English will leave the mod in korean
By doing this you add the language of the game that you use and the translation takes effect
