Prussia vs Germany
Has anyone actually managed to conquer Germany as Prussia? With these ridiculous economic debuffs and having only 3 mils from the very beginning, I only managed to get enough manpower in the field to attack Poland when Germany was already destroying them, more than that, when I'm finally able to declare on Germany, I have like 3 full armies of somewhat decent devisions while germany has at least 150 divisions and with all their buffs they are ridiculously strong.

Might be late answer, but yes people have done that, but that was before Germany knew how to spam divisions

Might I suggest at least lessening the economic debuff for Prussia a bit? Max production effficiency cap with this debuff is so low that with 3 mils I have from the start, I can't really produce anything before I clear it. And with that I can't really deploy enough divisions before Germany declares on Poland, or worse, they also attack me at the same time.

Again,sorry for late response, I think that modifying efficiency cap debuff is a fair solution.
