Has anyone actually managed to conquer Germany as Prussia? With these ridiculous economic debuffs and having only 3 mils from the very beginning, I only managed to get enough manpower in the field to attack Poland when Germany was already destroying them, more than that, when I'm finally able to declare on Germany, I have like 3 full armies of somewhat decent devisions while germany has at least 150 divisions and with all their buffs they are ridiculously strong.
