Summon weapon crafting filter includes non-summon items
I'm not sure if this is the result of a mod overlap or something, but the crafting heart summon filter includes things like armors and blocks for some reason.

Yes, that is definitely due to a mod incompatibility. The "Summon weapon" filter includes summon weapons (obviously), pet items and boss summons, although it has changed in the dev builds for the v0.7 update.

Found the Problem, The mod Assorted Armory breaks the menu, i also found that it breaks reforging
