How to use Remote storage ?

When I place it down it says it needs to be connected to Storage Heart, but you can't even place storage heart next to it nor connect to one using storage connectors.

Here is how I set it up so far:

You have to link the Remote Access to the Storage Heart via a Locator / Locator Drive item.
