Looks like this is still breaking everything.
After disabling this, all my mods loaded fine. I think Elemental Hearts is the one not playing nice this time (though this mod has had a history of issues...)

Yeah... with how unstable TML is, I'm not actively supporting this.
I have to go through a stupidly complex update and downgrade process to run VS with 1.4. and continue working on SGAmod
I'll ask a friend of mine to see if they can fix this, until then I'm marking this mod as broken.

understandable, hope it gets fixed when TML is out of alpha though.

Indeed, this port was mostly done as practice, but I wasn't sure if I was going to maintain it or not.
But when 1.4 is out of alpha, it'd be maintained for sure
