This is an issue that has existed since as long as I can remember. Some tiles under the windows will randomly start trapping heat, eventually causing it to catch fire. Only solution I have found is to make the windows out of non-flammable materials. Does not even matter if the windows are opened or not, they will not clear out the heat in the tiles they occupy themselves. Problem usually happens for the tiles away from the center of the window.
