Issues that I can't fix, here.
This is for issues that I can't fix on my own due to it either being an issue with the mod itself or something I haven't learned how to do yet.

Halberd Stab
- Does not state in tool tip it deals less damage to Rank 2 and 3, [100%/75%/55%]
> This requires editing the buffs and .info DARKEST files.
- Has an unknown self debuff that doesn't state what it does and instantly disappears after the attack resolves. This debuff applies to every attack Patriot does.

Shield of the Infected
- Does not have SFX

Unyielding Command
- Does not have SFX
- String error with buff tooltip about bleed and blight amount received.
