Started game 1000 year, after choosing Uluaos, country dissapered and game ended, than i used tag to choose another country after few days game crashed.

The country disappeared instantly? Huh. And where you doing anything (clicking a province or government tab) when the crash happened. Thanks for reporting, im having a hard time recreating the issue, but ill definitely attempt to fix it the moment I can pin it down.

When the game starts the penalty for not having the institutions were on, (for all of them spawned or not) and I could imbrace 2 of them, without them having been spawned (I did not unpause the game at any point)

Game crashes in the first month or two. No other mods active, I don't own the latest 2 DLC. Any ideas?

Let the game run through for 75 years, no events of any sort popped up.
Are events yet to be added?

I didn't want the events to be intrusive so they have a long timer. And when there's only about ~30 implemented it gets really repetitive. But there should of definitely of been an event within 75 years, especially in this last update where I added about 10. Ill boost up their rates a little.

Playing as the Syrouos can't actually have an army because the religion Derulic has -25% recover army morale speed, and that causes a unit to lose morale instead of gain it. Cannot field an army at all.

Here's a list of bugs I found when playing, I will post more if I find them.
The areas are way too large, so government capacity is basically useless.
The terrain types don't work properly, and have the wrong image.
There are so few nations that there's not really any challenge.
There's provinces without names.
Several trade nodes have the name of vanilla nodes.
Because provinces have no religion and no culture, migrating causes you to have provinces without religion and culture, and you can convert your provinces to No Culture.
There's random tribal land.
Terrain is colourless in Simple Terrain.
Technology doesn't work properly.
Even thought they haven't been invented yet, Institutions still give penalties.
Trade Regions are way too big, so you can't use more than one merchant until you expand into them.
Can't get past the first age due to no catholicism existing.
Summoning Diet does nothing.
Because of Aliens, Innovativeness isn't possible to gain via tech, this also means tech cost doesn't work properly as tech 32 has already been achieved.
Aliens don't assimilate their starting province.

The Areas will be shortened in time (a very cumbersome process), the terrain types are working and the picture on the terrain province will be changed eventually, I agree about the nation thing and it’s being addressed continuously, as I find the provinces without names I’ll be sure to give them one, the trade nodes (and areas) were named after what my mind attributed to them as they don’t currently have any historical significance tied to them. As significance is given to an area of trade node, they will be promptly named. I’ll look into the tribal land situation (no clue what that means or how to check, but will look into). Terrain is not colorless just excessively white. You’ll notice it gets slightly darker at top and bottom. Technology does work properly. It, along with the institutions, are how they should be (beyond balancing issues and Plutonian logic). Are ages a DLC thing? Cause I’ve never been able to see them. Maybe I can get someone with the DLC to help change their appearance, but for the moment they don’t matter as they aren’t implemented. None of the current countries should have estates so the diet doesn’t matter right? Or am I thinking of something different... I’m not sure what the last part about the aliens and the tech 32 mean or how it relates to innovation ideas but I’ll also try and get that sorted out promptly.

I’ll try to find a way to clarify the tech/institution thing through localization as I’ve seen several other comments along the same vein.

Thanks for responding, to clarify, there's provinces without names and some with vanilla names.

The technology problem is that you don't get "ahead of time" malice when trying to take them and therefore cannot get innovativeness from taking techs early.

Ages are a DLC thing I believe, and It's just a minor thing I noticed.

Estates don't matter until you're trying to do a custom nation, in which case the diets being blank is a bit weird since you can just get free loyalty for doing nothing.

The problem with the aliens getting 32 instantly is mentioned before, but additionally you can spy on them and get -50% tech cost after tech 9.

The institutions spawn before the year they're supposed to be discovered, which is a bit weird.

Tribal land is related to how native american nations work in 1.31, I don't usually play 1.31 so I can't explain it, but there's probably a wiki page for it.

Also I recommend adding some sort of filler culture and religion to resolve the no culture/ no religion problems.

Update: tech 'ahead of time' thing is closer to desired, spying tech thing is solved, institution spawn time should be closer, province name thing was fixed. Also lakes were added. Just felt like following up on what ive done of the things you mentioned
