Report a translation problem
I don't think anything can be done about this problem but I mainly wanted to post here in case I may of gotten something wrong.
Hmm strange, I'm also on "Microsoft Windows 10 Home" and I didn't run into any issues changing my speech language. Make sure you've downloaded the speech recognition package with the language and not just the keyboard layout and TTS voices. You might need to restart your computer for it to finish installing.

Over Speech:
* I command two AI to find cover (2, 3 find cover)
* Me (#1) says a special Moce command for each AI
! but in the status bar the two AIs have not the red box with lines in the right field
If i command "take cover" over the menu, the AI will become the command from me "take cover" and in the statusbar there is a red box with lines and it stands "hiding"
Also to say "halt" or "stopp" to AI in Hiding (red box in status and "hiding"-Status active) does not stopp that behavior. Only to command stopp over the menu ist successful.
This mod does not use that menu, so it can only replicate what that menu does, therefore many of the things such as the boxes lighting up and the text showing will not work the same since those are all handled by the engine.
when I use flanking commands, I get a message. Example for when I use "Flank right": "[IVCS_fnc_callback_input] Function 'flank_right_quick' does not have a text representation found in callback_input file."
It's basically the same message for "flank left" with the expected differences. ^^ Is that only on my end?
Same thing happens with "flank front" and "flank back" respectively.
I've just updated the mod and it should fix that issue, repair the mod through the launcher and it will be fixed.
