How to restore ecumenpoleis?
Hello. I'm playing the sandbox galaxy mode and I was just wondering if anyone knows what techs are needed to restore ruined ecumenpoleis?

There is a tech, Planet wide urbanscaping that allows ecumenopolis construction, im not sure yoou restore it, but you just make a new one
