Playing as Empire on GA. I completed the crisis chain, the Death Star (before completing crisis chain), the Rebel Alliance spawned on Yavin 4 with a doomstack (which they soon cut in half by disbanding ships) but I am not at war with them. I received 'begun the galactic civil war has' event message also. I understand in vanilla that by completing 'become the crisis' every faction should be at war with me, but this has not happened either. Have I missed something?
