Post prototech patch notes
-Duramax heavy armor buffed to 11x vanilla heavy
-Duramax Medium and Duramax Light armors buffed to 7x vanilla heavy and light armors respectively.
-Advanced Era Refinery speed now 2x normal and material efficiency is 1.3
-All 2125 ammo types have had their damage buffed by approx 5%.

These buffs were made to give the Duramax armors a slight edge in durability they grant vs prototech components while still allowing prototech to be competitive. 2125 ammo types being buffed by 5% meant to keep balance as close to the same as possible after this change. Idea was that prototech and 2125 tech are similar in power with each side having certain edges, but not be overpowering.

-Vanilla small grid jump drive max distance now 4000 km. required input of 25 and power of 3 needed for jump.
-large grid 2125 jump drive max distance now 5000 km. required input of 35 and power of 4 needed for jump.
-small grid 2125 jump drive max distance now 3500 km. required input of 30 and power of 3.5 needed for jump.

Ordinarily I avoid touching vanilla blocks save where necessary. In this case changes to small grid vanilla prototech drive were made because I wanted it to still be competitive, however this wasn't possible with vanilla values as the 2125 drive drastically outclassed it. I realize this increases some of the demands of the small grid prototech drive, however it's my hope that the buffs to range will make up for it.

-Existing large grid large galdax thrusters now grant 1.6x thrust of a large hydrogen at 1.35x power drain of ion thruster.
-existing large grid small galdax thrusters now grant 1.7x thrust of small hydrogen at 1.35x power drain of ion thruster.
-existing small grid large galdax thrusters now grant 1.5x thrust of large hydrogen at 1.35x power drain of ion thruster.
-existing small grid small galdax thrusters now grant 1.75x thrust of small hydrogen at 1.5x power drain of ion thruster.
-comp cost of galdax thrusters raised by approx 5%
-galdax ionizer component now has mass of 20 instead of 22
-Vanilla small grid prototech thruster now grants 2x thrust of large hydrogen thruster.
-new size of galdax thruster introduced for large and small grids at 3x3x6 size granting 1.85x power of large hydrogen thrusters on large and small grids at 1.6x power drain of ion thruster.

I had debated buffing the galdax thrusters for awhile now but this gave me the excuse to do it. I buffed the vanilla small grid prototech thruster to again keep it from being overshadowed by the galdax thrusters completely. values for large grid small galdax thrust and small grid small galdax thrusters assume that if similar vanilla prototech thrusters existed they would grant around 2.5x to 3x that of similar hydro thrusters. Power drain of small grid small galdax thrusters will actually be a buff even though the description says 1.3x. Apparently I fat fingered it some time ago and the thrusters were draining 1.8x that of an ion instead of the 1.3x. So technically a 30% buff on power draw. I would've fixed that sooner if I caught it. So if folks see bugs please by all means report them as I'm a 1 man team.

-stackable large grid 2125 gyros now grant 5x torque of vanilla gyro at 2x component cost.
-stackable small grid 2125 gyros now grant 4x torque of vanilla gyro at 2x component cost.
-stackable gyro twin stack introduced for small grid. 2x2x2 gyro granting 8.5x torque of vanilla gyro at 3x component cost.

Twin Stack variant meant to be a sort of bridge between prototech and the current stacking gyros.

-Xabrium Reactors now grant 3x power of vanilla reactors.
-Large xabrium battery now requires 20 power input, has max power of 20Mwh, and max output of 40.
-Vanilla small prototech battery now has max stored power of 3.75, max output of 4.5, and required input of 10.

Small grid xabrium batteries will have the edge in stored power and be more efficient to charge, small prototech will have the edge output.

-large grid hydroid engine now has output max of 12.
-small grid hydroid engine now has output max of 1.25
-large grid solaris tower now has max output of 1.5
-small grid solaris tower now has max output of 0.15

-large grid oparose drill now has sensor raius of 4, sensor offset of 3, cutout radius of 5, cutout offset of 4.
-small grid oparose drill now has sensor radius of 3, sensor offset of 1, cutout radius of 3, cutout offset of 0.8
-large grid 2125 refit drills now have sensor radius of 3.1, sensor offset of 3, cutout radius of 3.1, cutout offset of 3
-small grid 2125 refit drills now have sensor radius of 2.2, sensor offset of 1, cutout radius of 2.2, cutout offset of 0.8
-small grid 2125 refit grinder now has radius of 1.9
-large grid 2125 refit grinder now has radius of 2.9
-small grid oparose grinder now has radius of 3.9
-large grid oparose grinder now has radius of 5.92
-small grid 2125 refit welder now has radius of 1.9
-large grid 2125 refit welder now has radius of 2.9
-small grid oparose welder now has radius of 3.9
-large grid oparose welder now has radius of 5.92

goal is to allow minor edge to prototech drill due to it's bigger size than oparose drills.

-small grid refinery for vanilla ores has been introduced. Refine speed of 1.2 and material efficiency of 1.1

I didn't like the idea of just a prototech small grid refinery existing so I created one as a sort of precurser to the more refined prototech variant.
