I have found station grids deep inside planets, and I have no idea how that has happened since I haven't, to my recollection, ever spawned a player in this world save.

I don't know if removing or just moving those grids is in any way viable thing. I might be able to recreate the save from scratch since I can take the planet positions and just recreate the system with the planets in same locations.
