Hm, okay try this. In the extras>mods menu and deactive all your mods. Then, move CTM all the way to the bottom then apply all the mods again. If that doesn't work, do it again but this time place CTM at the top of the list.

i had only the CTM mod in the list and it still didnt work (i even thought i was a problem with the amount of mods i had so unsubbed from some of them and that did'nt work ether)

I'm so happy to close this thread. It's been months riding on this bug. It almost made me discontinue the mod out of anger! Closed!
