Moin,
es wurde ja beschrieben, dass die Mod konfiguriert werden kann damit die Nutzung beschränkt wird - gibt es hierzu eine Anleitung?

Du drückst oben rechts auf das Zahnrad Symbol und dir werden die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten angezeigt. Nach erneutem Öffnen des Tools sind die getroffenen Einstellungen für alle Spieler wirksam.

Not working for me. It just re-enables admin restrictions when I reopen it

Thanks to Lex that figured out a way by copying the mod-config file to your server galaxy to enable the mod-config server wide:
