Community Bug Fix causes CTD from loading screen in the order listed above. The main page doesn't have it anymore. Any reason why?

Hi, is there a mod or way to give your chars skill points per lvl? Also thanks for making these mods that makes the game so much more immersive! Mega kudros, donating coffee for answers ^^ Thanks guys
