as of latest build currently the biocapsule costs 4500 silver instead of 450 and the neural supercapacitor costs 250 gold instead of 25, leaving this here as a bug report because it seems this is unintended.

in recipe def files, 450 silver cost is represented as 4500 ingame because ingame quantities for "small volume" materials like silver and gold are 10x. setting ingame recipe def value to 45 for example should fix this
