We have not tested whether the modification is compatible with any other mods. You can always try combining this mod with others, but I cannot guarantee that they will work happily with one another as we have changed quite a few files which could cause conflicts.
Which mods are you looking to combine with ours?
We have had some discussions on the team about whether we would want integrate Sinews, but we felt that it was still too early in the development cycle of Sinews and that this would negatively affect gameplay for those who wanted to keep the less complex economy mechanics of vanilla.
Another option is making a submod that makes the two compatible with each other. Our dev team currently does not want to make one, since it would be a huge effort to maintain (keeping it up to date with both vanilla updates, Sinews updates and Apotheosis updates) that we would rather spend on making improvements to our core mod.
The mod is currently not compatible with CFP or EPE.
I haven't tried that mod out in combination with ours. You could always try to run the two alongside each other and see if they work correctly.
