Homing Launcher?
It Homes in on its Enemies and has +75 Bullet Speed, the downsides are -50 Blast Radius and Only 2 rockets per Clip

How does the homing work?

Same speed as any other rocket but it locks on to targets.
But, the target has to be in sight of player for atleast 3 seconds to have a locked on target and no more than 5 seconds out of sight of player or you will lock off
Also once the rocket is shot it will explode in 3 explode if it has not hit the target.
Get all that?
