[Has been fixed] Generation changes make it incompatible with "Ancient urban ruins" mod

Making this post so it is known that "Ancient urban ruins" mod is incompatible.

also, can you specify what you mean by "generation changes"? there is nothing called that in my mod

i have isolated and fixed the issue, fix will be in the next update
the setting that caused the issue seems to have been medical tab smart patching

Tested the new update and can confirm it works.
Just had to redownload the mod first.
