Can this be enabled / disabled in an existing save?

Absolutely. Just make sure you include it in the save game mod list. Go to the "Load" menu, push the "More" button on the bottom right, then "Mods" on the top left, and add bikinitools to the mod list

How do I know if it's enabled in my save?

Regardless of singleplayer and multiplayer, client or admin, you should always see the "bikinitools" context menu

Do I need to enable Debug mode for this to work?

No, everything works without it.

I host a local coop game and can't use the admin features. Why?

If you are the coop host, you are also a client, unless you promote yourself. Type this in the bottom right chat box:
/grantadmin "yoursteamname"
or /setaccesslevel "yoursteamname" admin
This should give you a red "admin" next to your player name on screen.

I don't see the "bikinitools" menu when playing in multiplayer

Make sure your mod lists are correctly set, depending on hosting method it could be different.
In local coop and in the dedicated server settings ini file you need to include it in both "Workshop items" and "Mods" sections.

Apart from the regular pz things, I don't have any knowledge on different hosters and enabling mods there. Sorry!

I have errors and / or multiple "bikinitools" menu entries

Sometimes updates don't work on Steam. Please verify your PZ via Steam and / or unsubscribe & resubscribe to the mod.

I have "version mismatch" errors, what can I do?

Just enable it in the sandbox options

Set them in the sandbox options
