Home Wrecker in MP?

Is there a way to make this happen? I host a small private server with 8 max population. So I don't need to worry about griefing and whatnot, is there a way to enable homewrecker in my MP server?

check the sandbox options under bikinitools. last i tested every bikinitools function can be enabled to normal users, from spawning vehicles, skin changes, to the automations.
