Would it be possible to automate moving ground items to trash cans?

We have loot respawn enabled on containers that have 0 items, and have the vanilla 'Delete All' button on trash containers enabled, so we tend to move a trashcan into rooms we re-visit every now and then to re-loot.

It would be nice if there were an automation to take everything on the ground and load it into the nearest trashcan container (anything that gets the Delete All button when that vanilla setting is enabled, I'm sure there's a way to find that programmatically on nearby structures).

If there's no way to find the trashcans programmatically, maybe just an option when you right-click on any container for 'move from <small area/etc> to this container'.
